Medical Software and Process Consulting
Our on-site consulting fees do not include travel expenses. A typical engagement for a small practice is one week for installation, configuration, set-up and training. This may vary depending on the size of your practice, number of computers that need installation, and the depth of training needed.
Engagement fee per week: $2,000.
Engagement fee per day: $500.
Engagement fee per hour: $75.
Medical Software
Amazing Charts Software License: $995 per provider (one-time charge)
Our pricing is based solely on the number of providers who make patient-care decisions (i.e., physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners). You DO NOT have to pay for secretaries, office managers, medical assistants, or even nurses, nor do you have to pay based on the number of computers you have.
Guardian Angel Support & Maintenance (optional): $500/year per provider (annual charge)
OffSite Backup Service (optional): $250/year per practice (annual charge)
Amazing Charts Billing Service (optional): Flat 5% of collections
Interfaces to third party programs and services (optional)
Laboratory, radiology interfaces: $0 to $500 one time charge. Historically 99% of our practices have received this free as the lab or radiology company pays us the fee directly.
Interface to third-party practice management programs: $500/practice
Interfaces to hardware (ECG, Spirometry, Holter, etc.): $250 each
