Part 2. Electronic Health Record System Software
Our EHR handles detailed charting, scheduling, notes, online prescriptions and interoffice messaging. Developed by a physician with 20 years of experience it is easily and quickly customized to handle the ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding requirements of any specialty practitioner. Having been developed and revised by medical staff it is very easy to use and our trainers can have your office running in a single day in most cases.

Part 3. Billing Software
Our billing software is designed for successfully navigating the confusing world of insurance companies. Green codes have a history of success while red codes are known to be turned down. No more confusion or fighting. No more redundant paperwork or lost time. The software will handle it all including electronic submission of billing through a clearinghouse if desired.

Part 4. Support
Our Support is unrivaled and incredibly affordable. Your encrypted patient (and practice) data will be uploaded and stored in a HIPAA-compliant manner across a secured 128-bit encrypted SSL internet connection and then stored under tight security in the Rackspace data center in San Antonio, Texas.
